We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items are in their original packaging with all tags attached
The product is not a final sale item (see Section 4)

We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, a small restocking or shipping deduction may apply.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene or clearance reasons, including:
Earrings and other jewelry
Intimates or undergarments
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and you’ll need to follow the return process instead.
If you wish to exchange an item (for size or color), please contact us before returning your order.
We’ll hold your replacement item (if available) or help you place a new order.
