• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic Shipping (within United states): 7–12 business days

• International Shipping: 9 –15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website or social media channels.

You can use this number to follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

3. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist.

Marvetti is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
