Are your shoes in US or EU sizes?

All our footwear is listed in EU sizes. For international conversions (including UK and US sizes), please refer to our size chart for the best fit.

Do you carry half sizes?

How do I write a review for a product?

About 10 days after your purchase, you’ll receive an automated email inviting you to leave a review. This email also includes an option to upload photos.

Please note that if you’ve opted out of our emails, you won’t receive this invitation.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

You can edit your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

Domestic customers can use the “Edit” button on the confirmation page or in their confirmation email.

Where do you ship to and do you offer pick-up?

We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Please note that as a shipping-only facility, we do not have a retail storefront and are unable to offer local pick-up or visitor access.

How soon will my order ship?


Orders placed before 18:00 PM NY on business days are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. Orders placed after 18:00 PM NY or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

The Order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.


I don’t have a tracking number yet. Is something wrong?

Tracking numbers are sent by email once your package has been prepared for dispatch.
The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimated end-to-end timeframe, which includes both order processing in our warehouse and shipping transit time.
These estimates are regularly updated to reflect demand during busy periods such as holidays or promotions, so the timeline you see is already adjusted to our current processing capacity.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping to the United States, France, and Italy.
For all other countries, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I place an international order?

To place an international order, first ensure the country selector at the top of our website is set correctly to your location. This will ensure accurate currency display and available shipping options.
At checkout, once you enter your shipping address, all applicable shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be automatically calculated before you complete your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a “Track My Order” button.
Simply click the link in the email to view real-time updates on your shipment.

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or it’s missing details?

We ship all orders exactly as the shipping information provided at checkout. Please review your order confirmation immediately to ensure all details are correct.
If you notice an error, contact us right away at admin@marvetti.store with your order number and the correct information.

Can I return something I bought?


Yes, we accept returns within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be defect, with photo evidence provided.
International returns: We provide a return shipping label, and the cost is deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. For VAT refunds, please contact your local tax authority.
Exclusions: Closeout and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

What if I want to exchange for another size?

We offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item.

Please note:

  • Limitations: Exchanges are only available for size changes. We cannot process exchanges for different colors or styles.
  • Shipping: All exchange orders are shipped via Economy shipping only.
  • Subsequent returns: If an exchanged item is later returned, it may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • International orders: We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. In this case, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

How do I start my return?

What if my shoe is defective?

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at admin@marvetti.store within 15 days of receiving your order and before wearing the shoes. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Do not return any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.
If a defect becomes apparent after the shoes have been worn, each case will be reviewed individually at our discretion

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.
After approval, it typically takes an additional 3–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What if I want to exchange for a different style or color?

Direct exchanges are only available for size changes of the same style and color.
